IN SITE EDUCATION

About

Education. Experience. Care.

Our History

In Site Education was founded in 2011 by Christine Rudakewycz, an educator with a deep commitment to supporting children working in the entertainment industry.

After spending five years in the classroom, Christine combined her dual passions for education and theatre by working as a studio teacher. Her background and on‑set experience gave her a unique insight into the academic, emotional, and practical needs of child performers and their families, as well as the demands faced by production teams.

Recognizing a gap between education and production, Christine established In Site Education to bridge that divide—bringing clarity, advocacy, and educator‑led expertise into creative environments.

Since its founding, In Site Education has supported a wide range of projects, providing qualified educators who understand both classroom expectations and on‑set realities.

Our Approach

At the heart of our work is a simple belief: children do their best work when they feel safe, understood, and supported.

Because In Site Education is run by teachers, we approach every project through an educational lens. We carefully consider age‑appropriate placement, learning continuity, safeguarding, and legal compliance—not as add‑ons, but as core responsibilities.

Our rigorous screening process ensures every educator we place is not only highly qualified, but also the right fit for the child and the production.

Christine has assembled a trusted collective of highly qualified educators to work on set, supervise tutoring, and provide consulting services. Every educator is carefully selected to ensure the highest standards of professionalism, safeguarding, and age‑appropriate support.

In Site Education aims to educate children, parents, and production companies on the complexities of working with minors in the entertainment industry—while ensuring every child is supported, protected, and able to thrive.
